Conversion of an annexe room into a self contained studio apartment with shower room. Terry is an excellent contractor. Extremely reliable and a thoroughly nice chap. Was able to complete all the different trade aspects such as plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, tiling and plastering. Did an excellent job and I've recommended him to many of my friends who have also been very pleased with his reliability and the completed job.
